In this Solstice gathering, we moved into a lived experience of alignment rather than a conceptual one. The transmission focused on settling into the body, releasing internal division, and recognizing the self as an expression of Source rather than something separate from it. Through breath, awareness, and energetic attunement, we worked with the solstice light as an organizing intelligence—one that brings coherence to the nervous system and clarity to the field.
