Our time together is about restoring a natural way of knowing. We’ll explore how intuitive information is received through sensation, felt sense, imagery, and inner listening, and how to distinguish true intuitive guidance from mental interpretation or projection. This work unfolds through direct experience, time in nature, embodiment practices, and shared reflection.
As sensitivity opens in a safe space, many people notice a clearer relationship with the natural world, a stronger sense of inner guidance, and an increased ability to perceive subtle energies with discernment and ease. Intuition begins to feel less abstract and more practical, integrated into everyday life rather than separate from it.

4 Days of Embodied Alignment
Attunement to the Land and Self Through Breath and Sound

Alignment through Connection to Earth and Nature
We’ll spend our days immersed in nature and the expansive field of Mount Shasta, gathering at a retreat center lovingly designed to support connection with the Earth and with ourselves. This will be where we come together for meals and for our shared work, and where the body has space to acclimate to the land and the energies we’re engaging with.
This is where we’ll gather for experiential sessions, meditation, sound baths, movement, journaling, and time to rest and integrate. The land itself offers many places to explore and connect, with winding paths that lead to open meadows, tall pines, hammocks, and quiet spots to sit with the Earth and listen. There are both indoor and outdoor bathrooms, showers and bathtubs, and an infrared sauna, offering a range of ways to support the body and nervous system throughout the retreat.
Mount Shasta is just minutes away, with access to healing waters and sacred sites that invite direct connection with the mountain. Each day, we’ll spend time on the land, exploring Shasta’s powerful energy fields and learning how to listen and respond to what’s present there.
This setting supports intuitive development through lived experience, allowing perception and awareness to deepen through time with the land, the body, and direct engagement with subtle energies.

Nourishment for Body and Soul
Renowned chef Elaina Love will be preparing all of our meals throughout the retreat. Each dish is lovingly crafted to be highly nutritious, delicious, and aligned with our intention to create coherence in mind, body, and soul with higher frequencies.
We came to Earth to evolve through physicality—to be expressions of our Soul energy in physical form. To fully embody coherence with high-frequency energies, what we eat matters deeply. When we nourish ourselves with food that is clean, vibrant, and resonates with the frequencies we wish to match, we support our entire being in the awakening process. During our time together in Mt. Aligning to Your Soul Through Sound and Breath
We’ll explore how breath and sound work together to shift the energy field and open awareness in a way that feels embodied and accessible. Breath is one of the most direct ways the body allows deeper layers of the self to come forward, and when used consciously, it becomes a bridge between the physical body and the soul.
Through experiential sessions, you’ll learn how to work with your breath to support integration, clarity, and inner listening. Sound is then used to amplify this process, helping awareness settle into the body and expand beyond habitual patterns of perception.
Crystal sound bowls create resonant frequencies that the body naturally responds to. As the body matches these tones, coherence increases and the system begins to organize itself in a more harmonious way. Regular experiences with sound can shift how we feel, how we perceive, and how we relate to ourselves, opening access to deeper states of presence, insight, and joy.
At times, we’ll also work with subtle forms and patterns of awareness through movement and visualization, allowing intention and attention to move through the body in an integrated way. These practices are offered to increase your ability to sense how alignment and coherence are felt and lived.
Together, these experiences support a clearer connection with your inner guidance, intuitive perception, and the subtle layers of reality that are always present. Over time, this work helps intuitive awareness become something you can access naturally, not just in meditation, but in daily life.
