Egypt: A Journey of Remebering
A journey of memory, embodiment, and return

Walking the Path of Your Soul
This retreat is about remembering who you are. We each have a sacred connection to Africa because it is part of our shared genetic and lived history. Egypt, and the Nile river that runs through it, carries memories and imprints of not only our Earth, but also our galactic imprints of our lineage.
Not as a concept or story, but as something that lives in the body, the land, and the deeper layers of the soul. Egypt is a place where memory is held in stone, water, and sky. When we walk this land with presence, it begins to respond, and what has been carried across lifetimes starts to surface in a natural and embodied way.
This journey is shaped around relationship. With the land. With the Nile. With the temples and the spirits that remain very present there. Egypt works slowly and precisely, revealing what is ready rather than overwhelming the system. As we move through these sites with care and attention, remembering unfolds through lived experience rather than effort or analysis.
For many, Egypt carries strong past-life resonance. This retreat is designed to support the remembering of those lifetimes in a way that feels grounded and integrated, allowing soul gifts and deeper knowing to return with steadiness and clarity. What surfaces here is meant to be lived, not just experienced, and integration is woven throughout the journey.
We will move with intention and spaciousness, allowing the land to guide as much as the itinerary. Time is built in for rest, reflection, and embodiment so the nervous system can stay regulated and receptive. This is not a fast-paced experience, and it is not a tour. It is a deeply held journey into remembrance, presence, and return.
This will be a small, invitation-only gathering. I’ll be connecting personally with those who feel aligned for this journey so we can sense together whether it’s the right fit. This path is for those who feel a quiet but unmistakable pull toward Egypt and the remembering it offers.
The Path We Will Walk
Arrival and Orientation
We begin in Aswan, arriving by air and settling into the slower rhythm of the south. Aswan naturally supports grounding and nervous system settling, helping the body acclimate to the land before we begin moving more deeply into the journey. This is a place to arrive fully, rest, and begin listening.

Day 1: Philae Temple | Isis and the Feminine Mysteries
Our first temple visit is to Philae Temple of Isis. This temple sits between land and water, and many people feel it immediately in the body. Philae holds a steady feminine presence that supports remembrance, continuity, and a sense of connection that moves beyond time.
We’ll move through the temple slowly, allowing space for the body and subtle field to respond naturally. This visit helps establish relationship with the land and with Egypt itself, setting the tone for how we’ll travel through the rest of the journey.
After our time at the temple, we’ll explore traditional Egyptian essence oils and local spices, including Blue Lotus. This offers a sensory way of connecting with the intelligence of the land through scent, breath, and direct experience.
Nubian Village | Living Culture and Everyday Life
Later in the day, we’ll visit a Nubian village along the Nile. This offers a connection to the living culture of the region through homes, schools, markets, and daily life.
This time is about grounding Egypt not only as an ancient civilization, but as a place that is alive now. The warmth and simplicity of Nubian culture provides an important counterbalance to the depth of the temple work.

Day 2: Nile River | Boarding the Dahabiya
From Aswan, we board our private dahabiya and begin sailing north along the Nile. Life on the river naturally slows the pace and brings the nervous system into a more receptive state.
Time on the Nile is an essential part of this journey. The Nile carries the primordial waters of the divine feminine, an ancient living current that has nourished life, culture, and consciousness here for thousands of years. As we move with the river, many people feel a deep remembering begin to soften and open within them. This is the feminine in her original form, receptive, creative, and powerful through her capacity to hold and restore balance. Being on the Nile supports the rebalancing of this energy within us, helping us remember and expand this aspect of ourselves in a way that feels natural, embodied, and deeply supportive.

Day 2: Kom Ombo Temple | Balance and Duality
As we travel north along the Nile, we arrive at Kom Ombo, the only double temple in Egypt. This temple is devoted to two complementary currents, Sobek and Horus, and is built as a mirror structure, with twin entrances, halls, and sanctuaries.
Kom Ombo carries a strong teaching around balance and integration. It brings awareness to the ways different forces coexist within us and how harmony is created not by choosing one over the other, but by allowing both to be present and properly aligned. Many people feel this temple activates a deeper understanding of inner balance, especially as it relates to power, instinct, clarity, and discernment.
We’ll spend time here sensing how these dual currents move through the body and subtle field, allowing insight to arise through direct experience rather than interpretation.

Day 2: Gebel el-Silsila | The Temple of the Land
From Kom Ombo, we continue sailing to Gebel el-Silsila, an ancient sandstone quarry and sacred site along the Nile. This is a place where the relationship between land, stone, and human creation is deeply felt. Much of the stone used to build Egypt’s temples was quarried here, making this site a kind of origin point for what would later take form elsewhere.
Gebel el-Silsila has a grounded, elemental presence. It brings awareness to how form emerges from the Earth and how intention, labor, and consciousness shape what is built. Time here often supports a sense of rooting and embodiment, helping what has been activated earlier in the journey settle more fully into the physical body.
This site also carries a quiet but powerful land-based intelligence. Being here invites listening to the Earth directly and sensing how the land itself participates in the remembering process.
Day 3: Temple of Horus at Edfu | Clarity and Perception
We continue north to Edfu, home to the Temple of Horus. This temple carries a clear, focused energy that many people feel immediately. Horus represents perception and the ability to see with clarity and precision.
Time here supports the sharpening of inner sight and intuitive awareness. As we spend time in the temple, perception often feels more organized and coherent, helping insight arise in a way that feels clean and trustworthy.
Edfu helps integrate what has been opened earlier in the journey, allowing remembrance to settle into clarity and a stronger sense of direction.

Day 4: El Kab and Esna | Lineage and Early Memory
From Edfu, we continue to El Kab, one of the oldest inhabited sites in Egypt. This area carries a strong sense of lineage and continuity, connecting us with early forms of feminine power and ancestral memory. Walking among the rock-cut tombs and temple remains here often brings a felt awareness of where we come from and how memory is carried through bloodlines and the land itself.
As we sail onward to Esna, the energy shifts toward integration and settling. This part of the journey supports absorbing what has been activated so far, allowing insight and remembrance to organize in the body rather than accumulate.
El Kab and Esna together offer a pause in the outward movement of the itinerary, creating space for what has been opened to anchor more fully before we move into the intensity and scale of Luxor.

Day 5: Luxor | Entering the West Bank
We complete our time on the Nile and disembark in Esna, traveling onward to Luxor. This marks an important transition in the journey, moving from the flow of the river into the inward-facing landscape of the West Bank.
Our first visits here are to the Ramesseum and Deir el-Medina. These sites offer a grounded and revealing entry into the West Bank, bridging monumental architecture with the human lives that shaped it.
At the Ramesseum, I had a profound recognition of how the ancients related to their star families and cosmic origins. This was also where I first became aware of specific markings in the stone that indicate Star Gates - place to communicate directly with our star families. Time here invites a deeper sensing of how Earth and cosmic intelligence were understood as part of the same continuum.
Deir el-Medina, the village of the artisans who built the royal tombs, brings a different perspective. It highlights devotion, precision, and the lived experience behind the temples and sacred spaces. Together, these sites reveal how cosmic knowledge, craftsmanship, and daily life were deeply intertwined.
This day supports a shift from outward movement into inner terrain. It prepares us for the deeper initiatory spaces of Luxor by grounding the journey in lineage, remembrance, and the continuity between Earth-based life and the larger cosmic field.

Day 6: Sekhmet, Karnak & Luxor Temples: Sacred Energies Awakening
Before dawn, we gather our breakfast boxes and journey to Karnak for a rare private visit in the quiet, mystical hours before the crowds arrive. Our first destination is the Temple of Sekhmet, where we'll connect with the powerful feminine energy of this lion-headed goddess of transformation and healing.
We then explore the vast Karnak temple complex, one of the most magnificent religious sites ever created, walking through towering columns and sacred halls that have held spiritual ceremonies for millennia.
After an early lunch, we return to the hotel for rest and integration of the morning's profound energies.
In the evening, we visit Luxor Temple under the enchanting glow of nighttime illumination, experiencing this sacred space in a completely different light and energy than the daytime offers.

Day 7: West Bank| Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut
Crossing to the West Bank marks a turning inward in the journey. This side of the Nile has long been associated with transition, lineage, and the inner landscapes of consciousness. The energy here invites reflection, integration, and a deeper relationship with what has been activated throughout the journey.
We’ll spend time in the Valley of the Kings, moving through spaces created for initiation, passage, and continuity beyond the physical lifetime. Many people experience this as a place where soul memory and inner knowing become more accessible, not through intensity, but through quiet recognition.
We’ll also visit Temple of Hatshepsut, a site that carries a strong feminine presence rooted in authority, wisdom, and alignment. This temple supports a felt sense of sovereignty and embodiment, especially in how inner knowing is lived and expressed in the world.
Time on the West Bank allows the depth of the journey to settle, helping memory, insight, and activation integrate into a more unified sense of self before we begin the final phase of our time in Egypt.

Day 8: Dendera Temple Complex and the Osirion at Abydos | Private Access to the Osirion
We next travel to Dendera and Abydos, two sites that work at a very deep and foundational level.
At Dendera, home of the Temple of Hathor, we enter a field of restoration, balance, and harmonic resonance. Hathor’s presence supports integration, helping bring the journey back into the heart and body after the scale and intensity of earlier sites. Many people experience Dendera as recalibrating, restoring coherence and a sense of inner harmony.
We’ll then visit the Osirion at Abydos, where we’ll have private time within this subterranean temple. The Osirion is associated with Osiris and the mysteries of death, rebirth, and continuity beyond the physical lifetime. Being in this space without crowds allows for a very different experience, one that is inward, spacious, and deeply present.

Day 9: Cairo | Arrival and Reorientation
We return to Cairo by flight from Luxor, transitioning from our time along the Nile back into the broader field of the city. This day is designed as a reorientation, with time to settle and integrate before moving into the final phase of the journey.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Grand Egyptian Museum. This visit offers context and continuity, helping weave together what we’ve experienced in the land with the historical and cultural lineage of Egypt. It’s an opportunity to place the journey within a wider arc and to allow understanding to organize naturally.

Day 10: Gize Pyramids and Sphinx | Special Access
Before dawn, we embark on one of the most profound experiences of our journey at the Giza Pyramids. We'll explore these magnificent structures and receive a full explanation of who built the pyramids, when, how, and why, while attuning to the sacred geometry and ancient frequencies that have drawn seekers for thousands of years.
The highlight of our morning will be special access between the paws of the Sphinx, standing in this powerful energetic vortex where ancient guardianship meets earthly wisdom. This rare opportunity allows us to connect intimately with one of the world's most iconic and mysterious monuments in a way few ever experience.

Day 11: Saqqara and Dashure | Ancient Mysteries and Energetic Connections
We venture into some of Egypt's most mystically significant sites. At Saqqara, we'll explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser and beautifully preserved nobles' tombs. The highlight will be the enigmatic Serapeum, where we'll have the rare opportunity to touch massive ancient sarcophagi and attune to their powerful energetic frequencies in the cool underground tunnels.
We then continue to Dahshur to witness the Bent Pyramid and Red Pyramid. For those who wish, there's an optional opportunity to enter one of these less-visited pyramids and experience its unique energy in an intimate setting.
