Dear Friends,
I have just returned from an unforgettable journey along the Nile, and the magic of that experience is still resonating through every part of my field. Egypt is alive in a way that feels otherworldly. The land and stones hold an energetic memory that brings our ancient past into clear view. The temples hum with the frequency of a world that once moved in harmony with the cosmic rhythms of divine creation in perfect balance.
What struck me most was the unwavering presence of the divine feminine. Her energy moves beneath the land as a living current, both gentle and vast. She is fully sovereign. She does not apologize for her strength. She does not conform to the distortion that has influenced so much of the modern world.
In contrast, you can feel the surface layers of distorted masculine energy that try to control or confine what cannot be contained. Egypt makes this contrast visible. It reflects the inner places where we have each held back our intuition, our softness, our truth, or our strength in order to be accepted or understood.
There is a reason we feel such a strong pull to this land. Egypt helps us remember who we have been and who we are becoming once again. During our journey, we uncovered breadcrumbs to the truth about our origins and the luminous beings who supported our emergence. Our journey as souls having a human experience re-discovering what we truly are is so alive and potent there.
Hathor Temple at Dendera
At Dendera, in the sanctuary of Hathor, my heart opened in a way that felt like a return. Her energy carries joy, empathy, and the pure freedom of intuitive expression. Standing there, I could feel the old patterns of softening myself to blend in, and how deeply my being was ready to come back into full expression.
At Karnak, in the presence of Sekhmet, everything sharpened into pure truth. Sekhmet’s frequency brings fierce clarity, courage, and the strength to protect what is sacred. Here I was shown where I had held back my own power to stay agreeable, and how my inner sovereignty wanted to rise with greater confidence. The teachings were direct, purifying, and deeply liberating.
Throughout the journey we moved through waves of insight, release, and perfect synchronicity. The deeper wisdom was clear. The reunion of the masculine and feminine begins within. It is the harmony of intuition and action, softness and strength, receptivity and sovereignty. When these energies meet inside us, wholeness becomes possible again.

The Illusion of Safety
One of the strongest themes that surfaced is the question of safety. Many of us learned long ago to stay small, quiet, or agreeable in order to protect connection. Yet that strategy comes with a cost. It pulls us away from our soul truth.
Real safety comes from alignment. It comes from trusting the guidance within you and honoring it, even when it feels unfamiliar.
This month, I invite you to gently notice:
• Where you hold back your inner truth
• Where you override intuition to keep the peace
• Where your spirit is asking for expansion
Awareness is already a doorway to transformation.
November’s Theme: Revelation
The guiding frequency of November is revelation. Truth is rising, clarity surfacing. Patterns becoming visible so they can soften and dissolve through your awareness.
Revelation is exciting and also vulnerable. It requires honesty but also compassion. It is the moment you see yourself clearly, not through judgment, but through love. Hold space for yourself during these days with plenty of rest, quiet time, and inner reflection.
Supportive practices this month:
• Journaling to bring hidden truths into the light.
• Grounding and supportive breathwork.
• Sound healing to clear and harmonize the nervous system.
• Honest conversations with people who can hold space with presence.

ovember is opening the pathway toward the Solstice and the higher frequencies that will deepen throughout 2026. You may feel called to simplify, to refine your commitments, or to release what no longer feels like a true match.
Honor these impulses, they are preparing you for what is coming.
This is a month to strengthen your inner alignment, rest when needed, and allow new visions to form in your awareness.
