I recorded this meditation on 8:8 at 8:00 pm PDT to celebrate the wonderful potentials of this time on Earth when we are treated to the energies of Sirius. Each morning at this time of year (this year starting around August 14), it is possible to see the star, Sirius rising at the same time as our sun. It is an excellent time of year to practice sun-gazing which I highly recommend when done safely and within the first few minutes that the sun rises. It is one of the best ways to receive the energies being sent to Earth from Sirius, which were initiated long ago in knowing of this time on our planet for humanity. These energies open and expand the function of the pineal gland to bring in new awareness and memories from all that you are.
