In this guided meditation we will work with light and sacred geometry to activate the potential for your DNA to hold more light.  This will include channeled tones and light language, sound bowls, and tuning forks.  

This month we are being called to stabilize the higher frequencies of light that increased during the past 2 months through a continuation of the integration work and a focus on our DNA. Working with the DNA enables us to hold and maintain more light for increased soul embodiment. Integration of density enables a stabilization of these frequencies and allows us to experience our reality from this new seat of awareness. 

The guides are emphasizing the importance of working with your DNA at this time to lay the foundation for what is coming at the Summer Solstice next month.  The Solstice represents a portal of energy that will bring us into a new level of expression as humans. Through the process of enabling our DNA to hold more light, we will embody more of our soul frequency that ever before in this lifetime bringing us into a state of elevated consciousness and soul expression.
