Our chef will be preparing all of our meals each day. Each lovingly crafted meal will be highly nutritious, delicious, and supportive of our journey to create coherence in mind, body, and soul with the higher frequencies. Organic, local, fresh foods will be curated from the area for an authentic taste of our surroundings.
We came to Earth to evolve through physicality, to be the expressions of our Soul energy in form. In order to fully embody coherence with high-frequency energies, what we eat is really important. It's extremely beneficial to eat a diet that is clean, full of light, and vibrates in resonance with the frequencies we wish to match. During our time together in San Pancho, our chef will be providing us with exactly that kind of diet.
Aigning to Your Soul with Sound and Sacred Geometry:
We will explore how the use of sound, and sacred geometry can shift our energy field into higher states of consciousness and awareness.
In experiential classes with Jeilene, you will learn how your breath is the gateway for allowing more of your higher self to integrate into your being as well as how to incorporate sound and sacred geometric shapes into your meditation practice.

Connecting to the Divine Energies of Earth and Solar Frequencies for Healing and Soul Alignment
Connecting to Earth can help you heal your emotional, mental and physical bodies. Rachel will show you how to connect and heal with Sun and Earth's energy.
During experiential classes, Rachel will help you to access your soul, bringing that energy into oneness with Earth, Sun and your body. In this retreat, the focus will be on healing those areas where the energy is stuck within your physical and energetic fields. Earth and Sun's energy can help move this energy so you can experience deeper healing for both your body and soul.
Most evenings, Rachel will lead you through a meditation that will help facilitate in connecting you to Earth and Sun, allowing you to feel their energy and experience the calming healing effects these magnificent beings can have on you.
Raising Frequency Through Aligned Movement:
Each morning we will practice energy clearing and expansion techniques and the 5 Prime Movements with toning to align our energy fields with Earth and Cosmos. This alignment will bring us into a state of equilibrium and harmony with our soul and the oneness of All That Is.
We will also incorporate gentle stretching, breathwork, and Sacred Geometric movements to awaken the body, mind, and spirit.
Understanding the Energies of the Body
Angel will take us through an explanation of the body's emotional and physical energies to understand how we can bring balance and harmony to our physical system.

- 7-Day Retreat at Chacala Villas: Saturday, February 8th at 3 pm to Saturday, February 15th at noon.
- Daily Movement, Sound Healing, Experiential Classes, Earth Connection, Evening Meditations, and Ceremonies, Swimming, Relaxation, and Exploration.
- All meals and drinks during the retreat - prepared and served by personal chef and waitstaff. Cocktails and appetizers at outside venues are not included.
- Use of the extensive grounds, private beach, beach club, pools, and houses.

About Jeilene Tracey
Sound Healer, Vibrational Geneticist, Body Intuitive Healer, Intuitive Guide and Channel
Jeilene works with her guides and higher self to access the multi-dimensional field for healing, intuitive guidance, and DNA clearing and activations.
Jeilene combines the guidance she receives with her scientific background in DNA, epigenetics, and the body's systems to offer a uniquely grounded and detailed healing modality called Vibrational Genetics. She also offers in-depth courses on a variety of topics to expand the knowledge base of humanity. Meditations and healing sessions with Jeilene incorporate the use of sound frequencies to shift discordant energies back into harmony, shift DNA function, and clear trauma from the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

About Angel Franco
Massage Therapist, Reiki Energy Healer
Ángel began his training as a therapist in 2006 at the "Shanti" school, where he acquired knowledge of relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic and lymphatic massage, as well as body and facial treatments. He quickly developed a great interest in physical well-being therapeutic massages, which led him to train in healing therapies such as reflexology, shiatsu, Thai, and hot stones, and through the initiation of the Martín Mendoza Reiki Master, Reiki therapy. In 2010 he began specializing in physiotherapy and began the practical theoretical study on the relationship between physical posture and the emotional state of a person. As a result, in 2013 he developed the therapy called "emotional transmission". Through therapy we express the intention to improve the quality of life of another being, the main objective is to create a state of peace and tranquility, to be able to reset the body and once again feel the full connection of our being.
Getting to Villa Las Bancas
Fly into the Puerto Vallarta Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) on Saturday, February 8th and take Uber or Airport Taxi to Las Cavallinas, San Pancho (about a 50 min. drive). Once we have the travel itineraries of everyone we will offer suggestions for the best mode of transportation to the property.
